Schecter's 2539-SHC Stiletto Custom 6 bass guitar offers extended 6-string range combined with great playability and tone.
Its set of EMG 40HZ pickups that deliver powerful tones that bring plenty of warmth to the strings, while eliminating muddy bottom strings. The bass is made from a mahogany body and a maple/walnut neck to deliver powerful tones, with bright characteristics and plenty of warmth. The flamed maple top is designed with walnut to create a visually stunning look, while the maple's flaming provides a unique aesthetic. Featuring a rosewood fingerboard to deliver sparkling highs, and thick lows, the guitar also comes with Schecter tuners, an S-Tek bridge, and pearloid offset dot inlays.
The Schecter Stiletto Custom has a body constructed from high quality Mahogany, with a Flamed Maple top, producing powerful tones that can keep up with anything. The Flamed Maple top is designed with walnut to give the guitar a warmer sound, firming up the low end and helping with the overall tightness of the tone. The Mahogany body offers naturally rich, warm tones, with a balance of grind and bite to create tights lows and appealing highs. The wood offers the guitar excellent amounts of depth and helps provide an incredible sustain. The Schecter also features an S-Tek bridge, satin gold hardware, and a natural finish to show off the natural flaming of the Maple.
Maple/Walnut Neck, Rosewood Fingerboard
The bolt-on Maple/Walnut neck and Rosewood fingerboard has been designed with a thin "C" shape for a smooth, fast play. Using both Maple and Walnut for the neck gives the guitar's tone bright characteristics, with plenty of warmth to it. The two woods work together to produce firm lows, sizzling highs, and a snappy attack in the mids. Adding a Rosewood Fingerboard the tone becomes warmer and softer, with sparkling highs and thick lows. The bass guitar also comes with many other features, including Schecter tuners, a Graph Tech nut, and pearloid offset dot inlays on the fretboard.
Featuring a set of EMG 40HZ's, the Schecter bass has plenty of output to produce incredible tones. Using ceramic bar magnets with steel bars, the EMG pickups are designed the same as a humbucker to offer low noise and a high output. The pickup can produce warm tones with a smooth attack and a big mid-range response. The Schecter also features a 2-band EQ with controls over the bass and treble, allowing the bass to be shaped to best suit your playing style.
