Customer Service was Fantastic, Kyle took care of me on Christmas Eve !!!! I will be doing business with this establishment again. A guitar infused with amazing tone, clarity and a sound like no other. It is bright and sparkles in the mid to upper range with well defined - not muddy- bass. The neck is fast and comfortable - not to mention hand carved. The direct coupled bridge is unique to guitar craft but creates the stunning sounds produced by this guitar, along with great tone woods and the competent luthiers at Kani, Japan. This Dreadnought is a big guitar with a big, beautiful sound like no other.
Working with Kyle at Musician Madness was a great experience. I knew I wanted a DYM60HD, but Kyle went through the ones in stock to find one that would have the tones I desired to fit my style of music. The guitar shipped promptly, and was packaged extremely well. It showed up a few days later in great condition.
Absolutely love the guitar. My only problem with the transaction is that the guitar was shipped with tension on the strings. I am the former Director of Marketing for OMI Dobro guitars and started out in shipping. It was a big no no, to ship guitars out with tension on the strings. There were no issues with the guitar, but shipping guitars that way is not a good idea.
