This all-mahogany guitar has rule-breaker looks, but the truth is that it's just like every other Schecter guitar--it's built incredibly well. From carefull-selected tonewoods (not all mahogany is created equal!) to gig-worthy EMG components, this is a pro-level instrument just waiting for you to fall in love with it.

Construction & Design
The body is solid mahogany, providing the rich and full tone you would expect from Schecter. The three-piece set neck, also made of mahogany, provides stiffness and consistency in playing feel and adds to the natural sustain and tonality of the body. With a properly stiff guitar neck, dead spots can be minimized or eliminated altogether, leaving you with a guitar that sounds fantastic from one end of the fretboard to the other. And as always, Schecter brings things together in such a way that the final result is greater than the sum of its parts.

Components & Hardware
A guitar like this wouldn't be complete without some excellent pickups, so Schecter installed the EMG 81 and 85 humbuckers to harness and channel the tonal excellence of the guitar itself. These pickups are powerful and can deliver soaring sustain and gravelly crunch in equal measure. To help modulate the tone and volume, you have on-body controls at your fingertips, as well as an active 9v-powered pre-amp system.
