The Black Box II features a Meranti soundboard that's glued to increase tone, while an eco-friendly MDF body offers density and durability. Two sets of internal snare wires makes slaps more crisp and an integrated bass port enhances projection during live performances. Slightly larger than the original, the Black Box II Cajon also features a signature all-black matte finish for slick, stunning visual appeal.
