Quality First Design
Nobody wants to play a guitar that is poorly made or doesn't fit in your hands well. If a guitar fails this test then it will just sit in the corner not being played and Schecter know this. That is why no matter what Schecter you are buying the same care has been put in to designing the body and neck to make them as comfy as possible.
In this guitar you get a wide C-8 body with a thin 'C' carved maple neck with rosewood fretboard. Obviously they have not skimped on the woods but they have also put a lot of thought into the little things. For example the fretboard has been carved with a 16" radius which makes this incredibly easy to play lead parts on as well as chords. Also the neck has been elongated to deliver a 28" scale length to make sure that your low F# string stays tight even if you want to drop tune.
Quality Tones
Fitted with a set of Schecter Diamond Plus pickups for 8 string that have been specifically designed to handle the low tunings. This guitar sounds great not matter how heavy your tone is, even when drowned in gain you can still hear all the little parts in your playing. When combined with the extra long scale length and these thick strings you sound is not woofy or flabby, it sounds tight and on point across the entire neck.
