Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Musician Madness offers free standard shipping on orders over $300 to the upper 48 states. 

Handling Time: While we proudly stockover 1,000 items in our own warehouse, certain products are sourced directly from the manufacturer once an order is placed. This allows us to keep overhead low and pass those savings along to our customers while still offering a wide selection of high-quality gear.

For items that ship to us directly from the manufacturer, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for the product to arrive at our warehouse and ship out to you. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive tracking information right away.

International Shipping: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you would like a quote for total landed cost on items please feel free to reach out so that we may provide total cost for shipping/duties and taxes to your location.

Returns Policy: You may return any new unopened/unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund and return shipping paid if due to an error on Musician Madness's part. If the item has been used or just returned due to the fact you do not want the item you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or no restocking fee with a refund in store credit (Customer choice) as well as covering the return shipping. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Once your item has been checked back in by the warehouse you will receive your refund within 24-48 hours. Depending on bank or method of payment it may take 24-48 hours to show back up in your bank account.
